The Bible tells us in Hebrews 10:25,

“Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.”
      
The day of Christ to return for His faithful is approaching. As it does, we will face many spiritual trials and persecutions, and much doctrinal deception. The Church is a place to meet together regularly in order to encourage one another to hold fast to Christ and the teachings of the scriptures.
