If you have a true heart for worship and a desire to help lead in praise, then come join the Powerful Praise Music team! As a PPM member, you have the opportunity to be part of one of our most dynamic ministries in the church. We are seeking true worshippers who have a passion for praise to come along beside us as we lead our church family. Being a part of this ministry will not only change your life, but you will also be directly involved in impacting countless lives for the glory of God. From the priority of leading in weekly worship to our local church and thousands through our worldwide Internet audience, to our special events and ministry in our community, Powerful Praise Music is a high impact ministry. Not only do we minister to our church, but we minister to each other in building Godly relationships through prayer, study of the Word together, and wonderful fellowship.
Our Objectives:
- Lift up the name of Jesus Christ
- Inspire worship and praise
- Lead God’s army into victorious battle
- Lead God’s people into the Holy of Holies
- Be a living testimony of the amazing grace of Jesus Christ
Orchestra:
This team both accompanies the Choir and serves as a featured instrumental ensemble.
Rehearsals:
Choir / Orchestra rehearsals are held every Wednesday evening at 7:00 PM and Sunday evening at 5:00 PM in our Choir Rehearsal Room. Additional rehearsals are required for special events. You are welcome to come by and visit during our rehearsals.

- February - PPM Yearly Renewal Conference
- Spring - Easter Program
- Spring - Choir “Gathering”
- Summer - Choir "Gathering"
- Fall - Choir "Gathering"
- October - Choir Retreat
- December - Christmas Program
Enrollment:
Process:
- Submit a simple application
- Personal interview
- Experience is not necessary
- Interview assessing basic singing
- These components are required for enrollment
Choir Interviews:
- Held each January, February, May, June, July, and August
- Interviews scheduled on Wednesday at 5:30 PM and 8:30 PM
- $50.00 fee for new robe
- Applications are available in choir room
Orchestra Interviews:
- Held each Jan, Feb, May, June, July, and August
- Interviews scheduled on Wednesday at 5:30 PM and 8:30 PM
- Assessment of Musical Ability
- Applications are available in choir room
