Princeton Counseling Center Statement of Purpose

“Restoring Faith and Hope to hurting  people through the principles and promises of  the Word of God.”

Rev. Jim Gray is an Ordained Minister and his degree is in Counseling. He brings to this position many years of  experience. He served with great distinction many years in the position of Pastoral Counselor. Jim is well known for his work in Jail and Prison Ministry, Street Evangelism and especially caring for those who have addictions in their lives. He was one of the original founders of Teen Challenge Ministry serving in leadership many years and forming it into the great ministry it is today.

As a Counselor Jim’s desire is to “help hurting People identify the “root” causes of chronic issues in their life and lead them in systematically addressing those issues with the principles and promises of the Word of God, restoring hope, building faith and bringing wholeness to their fractured lives.”

“When the Prophet Isaiah described the Lord, he called Him the “Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” While it is never the prerogative of the Church to evaluate sin, it is, however, the business of the Church to help people who live in a sin cursed world. All of us from time to time need words of encouragement and direction. Pastor Jim Gray is imminently qualified to provide this service. With over twenty-five years of experience in this field, he combines a vast knowledge of the Scriptures, a sensitivity to the Holy Spirit and compassion for people to produce a well-balanced counseling service to everyone. I encourage you to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity.”
