A Jail Minister’s Commitment

The most important part of being a part of the Princeton Pike Church of God Jail Ministry is the commitment that must be given to ministry. This requires a commitment of time, but more importantly it requires a commitment to the Lord that you will be prepared through the study of God’s Word and the leading of the Holy Spirit to minister every time you are scheduled.

There needs to be a commitment of time, in that, you will agree to be scheduled a minimum of two times a month. You can, of course, give more time, and it will be greatly appreciated. By filling out the application and taking the materials you are committing to do this ministry for the Church, and for the Lord Jesus Christ.

If you find you cannot make it at your assigned date, please contact another Jail Minister to trade time with you or let the Jail Ministry Coordinator, know so he can have some one fill in for you.

Should you find you need to take time off from Jail Ministry, please let the Jail Ministry Coordinator know, and you can be placed on the inactive list for the length of time you feel is necessary.

Through faithful Jail Ministers and your commitment, we will see many inmates helped, and many souls saved in this ministry.
